They are always so nice, thorough, informative and get straight to resolving your issues and full of advice to resolve future issues. We always ask for Travis. He is genuinely friendly & extremely thorough every single time, happily answers any of our questions. Allstate have always been amazing too & their customer service is A1. A few years ago we were using another company, where we first met Travis, he was amazing there too, but the company was not. We chose Allstate as they're a family owned business. We run a family owned business & have high expectations, Allstate delivered. Our 1st ever spray was with Sophie, equally as lovely & thorough as Travis. Sophie said do you mind me asking who you were with before. We told her & said the guy Travis we had was awesome but the company was far from it. Sophie said Travis now works for Allstate. We can't recommend Travis or Allstate highly enough!!

Allstate Pest Control is all about customer satisfaction. We've had a couple of service issues. But Allstate were quick to rectify and solve these issues for us. Today we had a service from Patrick who was well mannered and polite. He thoroughly serviced our restaurant and provided feedback for us. Patrick is customer focused and explained to us his work completed today.

We had solar panels bird proofed…from the very first contact Allstate PC all staff were excellent to deal with, quoted by Christian, work completed by Stephen and Nikolas all done very professionally and of very high standard. We were impressed enough that we then had them come back to spray for spider extermination. . Chris and Mark

They were out to treat the bee hive first thing Tuesday morning.

Travis was very friendly and professional for our spider extermination. He gave thorough descriptions of all the steps he did, and let us know that the house had no signs of any other infestations so no other treatments were required. Very happy with the service.

Mark provided a comprehensive quote and was so easy to talk to with any questions we had. Josh installed the termite baits, consulted with us every step of the way, completed an extensive inspection of our house and grounds, and was so knowledgeable. Allstate is truly fabulous company and not over-priced. Highly recommended company.

Ryan is always on time! We’re all busy and every month, we book a time and he’s there on time! Friendly, helpful, explains things and gets the job done! He knocks to let Kirsty know he’s there/done, which is a great courtesy! His boss needs to know he does a great job at representing Allstate! Would recommend!

Travis from All State was fantastic!! We’ve used All State two years in a row and they have been brilliant. Not only did he explain everything he was doing, he talked me through how safe it was for bubs and dogs!
