To whom it may concern,
I would like to express my appreciation for your recent termite service on our house.
From the very first phone call I found your business to be friendly and professional. I was very impressed, firstly you were able to attend our home within a few hours of us phoning.
The guys that came out to the house and put the stations in were really nice and very professional. The gentleman who initially came to the house and did the inspection just about secured the contract with one simple phone call. He phoned ten minutes before he was due, to say he was going to be a bit late. Nobody seems to phone anymore to say they will be late. Which there is no excuse as nearly everyone has a mobile phone. Please pass on my appreciation to him for this one tiny thing that he did which meant so much.
So this is just a big thankyou to all involved in your business, you should be proud that you have such wonderful people to represent you. Hopefully you will continue the wonderful service you have provided so far, as we will obviously have you coming to the house again to check the stations. I will certainly use your company again, but hopefully won't need to. I will also recommend your company to anyone needing this service. I just wanted to express my appreciation because I know many people are quick to complain, but not forthcoming with praise.
